I'd say either Titmice or the Kittens/Catgirls - Titmice may be weak and basic, but have a multitude of evolution possibilities (A Woodmouse, for example, would be good for foraging and finding paths). Kittens and Catgirls have just as many evolutions, if not more, and could be incredibly useful.

Gold has a trait called CASANOVA. It basically allow him to double his SL gains (1d6+6) with one person. He can switch the target as needed, but while it's active all SL gains with anyone else are halved (from 1d6 to 1d6/2).
Red has a trait called CHAMPION. It allows her to gain SL with anyone she leads into battle. Each time one of her pokegirls wins a fight under her command, she gains a bonus of between 1 to 5 SL points (1 being "Did minimal work" and 5 being "I soloed the gym leader's entire team"). However, if she loses a fight, she loses between 1 to 5 SL points with that pokegirl.
